This winter, we’re rolling out some new features, starting with our new Web App & Push Notifications, designed to keep you connected to updates, reminders and approvals.
Additionally, we’ve also released some small yet impactful improvements, like an easier way to access linked documents in the activities page and ability to see files and linked records in the documents page.
Let’s dive into what’s new in this release!
We know how important it is to stay on top of everything happening in your condo. That’s why we’re introducing the Managemate Web App & Push Notifications — keeping you updated in real time, without the hassle of constantly logging in!
With push notifications enabled, you’ll always be in the loop—no extra effort needed!

Now, on the Activities page under the Management Report and List tabs, you can easily see the documents linked with each activity. A text indicator, such as "3 Documents", will appear, allowing you to click and view the list of linked documents. Each document record will also provide access to its files.
In the Documents page, as well as the Documents tab available in the Project View, Activity View, and Vendor View pages, you can now view files in the document listings using the green arrow to expand the view. This will allow you to see not only the document’s files but also its linked records. Additionally, these linked records now display more detailed information beyond just the name, providing better context.
You no longer need to navigate to the Activity View page to create and link documents! Now, you can conveniently perform these actions directly within the Activity Creation and Editing Pop-up, making your workflow more seamless and efficient.
We’ve enhanced the CSV export feature on the Projects page by adding two new fields:
These additions ensure that all essential financial data is included when exporting project details.
We’d also like to inform you that our current Help Center (Managemate Help Center) will be discontinued in the near future. But don’t worry—we’re working on a new Help Center fully integrated into Managemate, designed to offer a better, more seamless support experience.
